Who are Cecil and Carter Shuffler?
Cecil Shuffler has been a full time working real estate broker since 1977, concentrating in the Point Loma and Ocean Beach areas. Cecil’s primary business focus is residential real estate and is not limited to the beach areas but includes all of San Diego County. Cecil is a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the San Diego Association of Realtors, the Point Loma/Ocean Beach Association of Realtors and La Jolla Brokers Association. Cecil has served as past president of the Point Loma/Ocean Beach Association of Realtors as well as a board director for the San Diego Association of Realtors. Cecil has three professional designations: CRB (Certified Realtor Brokerage Manager), RMS (Risk Management Specialist) and e-PRO (Internet Professional); all three designations awarded by the National Association of Realtors.
Carter Shuffler joined Cecil in partnership in 2014. Carter is a licensed Realtor, Certified Seniors Real Estate Agent (SRES) and Certified Green Agent and coincidentally, Cecil’s son. Carter is also a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the San Diego Association of Realtors and the Point Loma/Ocean Beach Association of Realtors. Carter was one of the first agents at Willis Allen Real Estate to become a “Certified Green Agent”. Carter’s certification as a Seniors Real Estate Agent, allows him to bring sensitivity, market knowledge and understanding of client’s special needs to the fore to help navigate the twists and turns of today’s real estate market. Carter grew up in San Diego and has seen the transformation of America’s finest city since 1975. Cecil is very happy to have Carter as his partner.
